Power Career Coaching Accelerator

It’s time to take back your power in the interview process! For people who are ready to get back in the drivers seat of their career, gain clarity on what they want for themselves, and take the power back in the career search process. In this five-week group coaching accelerator, I take people from lost and overwhelmed on their career search to confidently and strategically pursuing a job of their dreams.

We will meet once a week on Wednesdays for five weeks (11/8, 11/15, 11/29, 12/6, 12/13 5pm PT/ 8PM ET) on a live Zoom in a group of 10-20 participants. Each week we will cover a topic to get you prepared for your career search, there will be time for laser hot seat coaching from me, plus materials and worksheets to support you along the way. Each participant will also get a personalized resume review done by me and notes sent directly to you, to get you off and started on your journey. Live participation is encouraged, but all sessions will also be recorded. You will have access to all the videos and materials for the future, so you can refer back anytime.     Get personal coaching and guidance from me during each live group coaching session. We will spend 30-minutes laser coaching community members every session. Get your biggest concerns and questions answered and learn from your peers as they do the same. (Value: $1000)

    Each session will include worksheets and materials for you to follow along and keep as you continue on your career journey. (Value: $300)

  • 1 x Resume review with notes from Victoria

    Receive two 1:1 career coaching sessions with me, we can focus on anything you’d like. We will create strategy for your career search and uncover mindsets that might be holding you back (Value: $640)

  • 1 x 30-minute Resume Strategy session

    Get 1:1 resume coaching and feedback with me. I will give you feedback and notes on your resume and we can use the time to workshop your resume together. You can feel confident you resume represents you as you move forward in the process (Value: $300)

Session 1: Ground in Your Strengths

We get clear on your unique strengths and how to bring those into your career search. We will help you figure out how to translate these skills across industries and ensure your next role is grounded in your best strengths.

Session 2: Reimagine your Success + Craft your story

We take the time to reimagine the life you want for yourself. We identify what’s most important for you in your next role and how to use that in your job search. We get clear on boundaries you need to get there. We start to craft your personal story that you will use.

Session 3: Explore the Possibilities + Strategize your Networking

We start to look at job descriptions and match those to your wants and strengths. We begin to create experiments so you can “test out” different roles. We talk how to start networking and use it to get your next role!

Session 4: Tidy your Tools

We get your tools in shape. We talk resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. We ensure the story you are telling is cohesive to both your strengths and desires, while ensuring it’s responsive to the jobs you are most interested in. We get you feeling confident to jump in!

Session 5: Drive the Process

Now we get down to business. We focus here on interview prep, how to make sure you feel confident in front of possible employers and ready to share your stories. We also cover negotiation techniques to ensure you are getting compensated for your value!
