  • No, the retreat is from 9-6pm, but we welcome out of town travelers and can work to coordinate accommodations. There are local manhattan beach mid-high tier hotel prices started at $150/night! And of course lots of other hotel and Airbnb options nearby (in and around LA)

  • Not at all! That is what our time together is for, to take you from feeling lost and stuck to giving you all the clarity you need to get moving!

    If you have a business already, amazing! If you’re looking to refine and rebuild, this is the perfect spot for you! If you’re not sure, book time with me here and we can chat!

  • Yes, please do! We welcome travelers! The retreat house is in Manhattan Beach about 12 minutes from LAX (plus 1 mile from the ocean), so an easy flight in and out. And we can help support accommodations!

  • We will have 6-12 other women who are aspiring or current entrepreneurs. Each will have an application call with me to ensure it’s a great fit all around!

  • Yes breakfast, lunch, heavy happy hour and drinks, plus snacks and drinks all day! If you have any food needs, let Victoria know!

  • Clarity. Clarity on how to build or rebuild your business from your desires and strengths. You will leave with 3-6 month action plan to move towards your own goals!

  • I work with women who have all types of businesses, but for this retreat I’m bringing in women who have service-based businesses. A service based business is one where it is client facing and you are delivering a service versus a product. So things like coaching, consulting, freelance, etc! I'm Victoria: Corporate burnout survivor turned freedom-loving business coach. After 15 years across various sectors and one too many bouts of hive-inducing stress, I turned my part-time consulting business into a full-time thriving business. Now, I help ambitious professionals escape the corporate life, find their power, and build thriving businesses they love.

When I'm not empowering clients, you can find me whipping up meals for my friends, looking for crystals across the globe, or dishing about reality TV on my podcast. With my trusty goldendoodle Leo by my side (he has a little bit of separation anxiety!), I'm on a mission to prove that success, power, purpose, and freedom can coexist. I got my undergraduate degree from Stanford University in Psychology and my MBA from UC Berkeley Haas with a focus in social entrepreneurship. I coached and led leadership development for 13+ years and I got certified for coaching through Wayfinding Wisdom. I’ve worked with clients at Amazon, Poshmark, Teach for America, and more! I love what I do and can’t wait to share it with you!
